How to stop texture flickering in Phantom Brigade on Kioxia EXCERIA PLUS G3 2TB?

Neon city exploration caused flickering. I tried 32GB page file, but RTSS showed 78-61 FPS drop. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to set 2048. CrystalDiskMark confirmed 4K random read speed improved from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s. HWiNFO64 showed 38-45℃. The issue is fixed.
