Why does the game freeze for 3 seconds during scene loading in open areas?

Scene loading felt like a stuck gear, freezing for 3 seconds and breaking immersion. I tried updating the BIOS, but it failed to boot, causing despair. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor to detect the PCIe link dropping to Gen1 and reset the driver. HWiNFO confirmed GPU temperature stabilized at 45-52℃, and the link speed recovered to Gen3, with I/O latency dropping from 45μs to 5μs per AIDA64.
