How to fix loading lag on Intel 660P 1TB in House Flipper Remastered?

Loading lag was annoying. Setting virtual memory to half the disk space failed. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor Page to adjust the storage strategy. HWiNFO64 showed temperature at 42-55℃. CrystalDiskMark showed read speed at 3200-3300MB/s. Bandwidth utilization rose from 80-85% to 92-95%.
