I was anxious about frame rate instability in competitive scenes, with times fluctuating between 10-18ms. I tried Windows power plans, which did not fix the core scheduling issue. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Wizard to set LL to L3 and adjusted voltage from +0.02V to +0.01V. Cinebench R23 shows stable 78-82°C temps and a 5% multi-core score improvement.
