Voltage Stability Tuning
Dense cloud layers caused FPS to drop from 120 to 48. I tried Windows Performance mode, but it didn't fix the E-Core latency. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to set the Load Line to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 improved from 35800 to 37200 points, and HWiNFO showed temps at 78-84°C. This verified the stability of the overclock.
