Sapphire RX 9070 XT Cooling
Traversing cloud layers in Rainbow Six Extraction caused severe stuttering; frame rates dropped from 115 to 48 FPS. I tried switching the Windows power plan to 'Performance', which helped P-Cores but didn't fix the E-Core physics latency due to heat. It was a partial solution at best. I used the GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to raise fan speed from 1300 to 1900 RPM and lowered the temperature threshold from 78℃ to 70℃. This ensured better thermal stability. 3DMark multi-core tests showed scores improving to 35000 points. GPU-Z confirmed stable frequencies. The frame rates are now stable at 95-112 FPS, and I have a backup of this configuration for future reference.
