How to fix texture delay on Great Wall GW3500 1TB in No Rest for the Wicked?

Texture delay was annoying. Increasing the page file to 32GB made it worse. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to set queue depth to 2048. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K read speed rising from 45-52MB/s to 68-75MB/s. HWiNFO64 showed temperature at 42-55℃.
