How to fix character lag on WD Black SN770 in Stellar Blade?

I felt frustrated by the lag in Elysis. Clearing temp files failed. I used GamePP Resource Scheduler to set priority to Real-time and High Performance mode. RTSS showed frame time dropping from 8.3-12.1ms to 5.1-6.4ms. AIDA64 confirmed memory usage at 14.2-16.8GB and HWiNFO64 showed 35-42℃. The save was successful.
