Fixing Screen Tearing Issues
Exploring dense jungles in Monster Hunter Wilds felt terrible because rapid camera turns caused severe horizontal tearing. I tried forcing V-Sync in the driver panel, but it added about 30ms of input lag, making my controls feel sluggish and frustrating. To solve this, I used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to set DLSS sharpening to 65 and render resolution to 85%, switching the mode to Quality. RTSS confirmed frame generation time dropped to 8.4-10.2ms, while AIDA64 showed core temperatures stable at 62-67℃ and GPU-Z measured VRAM usage at 11.4-13.1GB.
