Fix Far Cry 7 Lag with DDR4
In Far Cry 7, Legion assembly scenes had 2.5-4.1s lag, which was maddening. I tried locking RAM to 3200MHz, but it caused blue screens. I used GamePP Memory Controller Load Monitor to stabilize frequency at 2933MHz and set timings to 16-19-19-38. AIDA64 confirmed bandwidth utilization rose to 82-88%, and HWiNFO showed stable memory temperatures at 45-52°C. The game finally feels smooth and responsive.
