How to fix frame drops and texture blurring in Battlefield 2042?

I was watching a vehicle melee when the FPS crashed from 60 to 32. Lowering textures to 'Medium' made it worse with severe graininess. Using the GamePP DLSS/FSR Calibrator, I switched to Performance mode and set sharpening to 65. RTSS confirmed frame time stabilized at 16-17ms, and VRAM usage dropped from 92%-95% to 84%-88% via GamePP Sensors.
