PCIe link speed restoration
The stutter during time loop restarts in Force of Nature 2 felt like a stuck gear, with the screen freezing for 3 seconds, causing immense frustration. I tried updating the BIOS to fix the issue, but it failed and caused the system to fail to boot, leading to despair. I then used GamePP Hardware Sensor to identify the abnormal PCIe link status, which had degraded from Gen3 to Gen1. I manually reset the slot driver to restore the Gen3 speed.
