How to set Genshin Impact priority on MSI B450M MORTAR MAX?

I was anxious as Genshin Impact dropped from 240 to 120 FPS in Liyue Harbor. I tried a thicker 24-pin cable, but loose contact caused more issues. I used the GamePP Resource Scheduler to set priority to Real-time. RTSS frame time monitoring showed convergence from 4-15ms to 3-4ms, and GamePP Hardware Sensor confirmed stable 85-92% VRAM bandwidth.
