CR-1400E Driver Conflict Fix
Valorant firefights were ruined by ARGB flicker. Disabling the controller broke fans. Using GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Tool, I set sync to Static. Frame time improved from 8-45ms to 7-12ms per RivaTuner. CPU usage dropped to 65-72% per GamePP, verifying the fix.
