How to fix power limit and performance bottleneck in Nightingale?

In Nightingale exploration, my Zotac RTX 5070 Ti 16GB XGAMING was restricted by a power limit. The core frequency stayed below 2400 MHz, keeping frame rate around 80 FPS. I tried increasing the page file size, but it failed and dropped performance to 75 FPS, which was disheartening. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to increase the power limit from 100% to 110%. I adjusted the core voltage from 1.00 V to 1.05 V, then fine-tuned it to 1.03 V. In a 3DMark stress test, the core frequency increased to 2600 MHz, and frame rate rose to 95 FPS. This backup of settings ensured stable performance and unlocked the GPU's full potential.
