RX 9070 XT Cooling Fix
Stutters were bad. Adding case fans was noisy and ineffective. I used GamePP Fan Curve to raise CPU fan from 60% to 80%. HWiNFO showed temps dropping from 90°C to 82°C. Frame time stabilized at 8-10ms.
