How can I fix combat stuttering in Horizon Forbidden West on Intel 545S?

Combat freezes were annoying. I tried increasing virtual memory, but it worsened read/write conflicts. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to raise depth from 32 to 64. CrystalDiskMark verified 4K random reads improved from 45-52MB/s to 58-65MB/s, fixing the issue.
