CPU temperature fix for combat
Combat in Expeditions: Rome was unplayable due to CPU throttling. The JGinyue X99M-PLUS D3 temperature hit 95℃, dropping FPS from 120 to 60. I tried Balanced power mode, which lowered temps but cut FPS to 45, which was unacceptable. I then used GamePP Hardware Sensor to monitor temps and reapplied high-conductivity thermal paste. I set the fan lower limit to 1000 RPM. AIDA64 confirmed the CPU temperature stabilized at 75-80℃. RTSS showed frame time recovering to 9.1ms, and fan speed stayed at 2200-2400 RPM.
