Why does Returnal have frame time spikes with Kioxia EXCERIA G2 2TB drives?

I was angry when frame times jumped to 45ms during Returnal swarm fights. I tried disabling the camera in Device Manager, which killed my stream. I used GamePP Peripheral Driver Conflict Detector to set the service to Manual. RivaTuner showed frame intervals stabilizing at 7-12ms. My Kioxia EXCERIA G2 2TB maintained data integrity, with CPU usage at 65-72%, allowing me to verify the fix.
