Resolve Witcher 3 multi-core lag
I was frustrated when FPS dropped to 48 while flying in The Witcher 3. I tried changing the Windows power plan, but it didn't fix the E-Core lag. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to set LL to L3 and VCCSA to 1.25V. Cinebench R23 showed a score of 37200, and HWiNFO confirmed temps at 78-84℃. My Seagate FireCuda 510 1TB ensured fast loading, letting me backup the stable config.
