Why is my ELDEN RING loading screen stuck at 90% with a Cooler Master MasterLiquid G360 RGB?

Elden Ring loading stalled at 90% for 2 minutes while the Cooler Master G360 RGB fans spun wildly. I tried restarting, but temps stayed at 92-95C and the pump sounded dull. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor to detect a 45C differential, then cleaned the radiator, replaced coolant, and lubricated the pump bearings. Cinebench stress test showed temperatures stable at 72-76C, and loading time reduced to 10 seconds.
