Why does ELDEN RING lag when loading? Where is the problem in the settings?

2.8-3.5s loading lag and 10-12ms latency spikes were evident in ELDEN RING. I tried setting queue depth to 4096, but controller buffer overflow worsened the stutter. GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config locked the Intel 660P 1TB depth to 1024. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random read stable at 62-68MB/s. Loading delay reduced to 1.2-1.5s, boosting performance.
