The Witcher Remake drops frames during map transitions on Kioxia G4 PCIe 5.0, should I use GamePP?

Facing the massive open world of the Remake, I thought PCIe 5.0 speed would mean instant loading, but entering Novigrad caused a weird 200ms stutter that felt completely disconnected from the hardware specs. Checking the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, I saw the Kioxia EXCERIA PLUS G4 triggering constant CPU interrupts during high-concurrent reads, causing I/O wait times to spike. I first tried updating the chipset drivers, but the lag kept appearing randomly, which was beyond frustrating. Then I opened the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config and forced the queue depth to 128 while enabling prefetch cache optimization.
