Horizon West combat stutter fix
During intense combat, the game stuttered when I summoned machines, which was infuriating. I tried increasing virtual memory, but it made things worse. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to raise the queue from 32 to 64. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K random reads improving from 45-52MB/s to 58-65MB/s, and load times dropped from 15s to 8s, ensuring smooth combat flow.
