How to fix DLSS over-smoothing on YMTC TiPro9000 2TB in Manor Lords at 4K resolution?

Character faces in Manor Lords looked blurred at 4K. I tried switching DLSS to Balanced, which worsened the blur. I was frustrated by the lack of detail. I used GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to increase DLSS sharpening from 50 to 73. I set the render resolution to 100%. RivaTuner showed a significant improvement in effective render pixels. The GPU frequency held at 2580MHz per Hardware Sensors. Fan speed stabilized at 1480-1680 RPM. This switch to higher sharpening restored the sharpness I wanted.
