How to fix facial detail loss in Gray Zone with Asgard Hel DDR5 5600 and DLSS Quality mode?

The Great Sage's face was blurred in Gray Zone, losing all metal texture details in 4K. I tried switching DLSS to Balanced mode, but it made the blur even worse. I then used the GamePP DLSS/FSR Image Sampling Calibrator to raise sharpening from 50 to 75 and set render resolution to 100%. RivaTuner confirms the effective pixel count is up, and the facial hair is now crisp. The visual quality is significantly improved.
