How do I fix map transition stutters in Code: Jie?

Complaining about the experience drop caused by low-level hardware issues, I observed the GPU voltage jumping between 1.05V and 1.12V, failing to lock at 1.08V. I tried manually overclocking to 2400MHz, but the system blue-screened and restarted, proving the aggressive strategy was a failure. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to fine-tune the voltage from 1.08V to 1.15V and locked the frequency at 2200MHz. 3DMark stress test showed a stable score around 20000, and GPU temperature dropped from 78°C to 70°C.
