Why does Mass Effect stutter with Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6800 16GB?

During intense firefights in Mass Effect, frame time jumped from 8ms to 15ms, causing severe lag. I initially tried enabling XMP, but the system crashed. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to change timings from 32-38-38-108 to 30-36-36-104 and raised voltage to 1.40V. AIDA64 confirmed latency dropped to 78-85ns, stabilizing performance and saving my gameplay experience.
