How to solve USB IRQ conflicts on ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0?

This motherboard is basically a vintage relic at this point, and it loves to give me 'surprises' by freezing the entire screen right as I'm about to land a big hit. The USB controller on the ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 was having a massive IRQ conflict when handling my high-polling rate controller, which just locked up the system at the loading screen. I tried swapping between USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, but the crashes happened just as often, which was just ridiculous. I finally went into Device Manager and disabled every single integrated peripheral I wasn't using, and dropped my controller polling rate from 1000Hz to 500Hz. Checking HWInfo, the USB bus latency dropped from 15ms to a crisp 2-4ms, and the freezes stopped completely. I did have a moment of panic when my wireless NIC stopped working after disabling some ports, but a driver reinstall and a static IP fix sorted it out. Board temps are steady at 45-52°C, and the fans are humming along at 1400-1600RPM. I exported the event logs just to be sure, and it's finally clean.
