Can a fan curve fix Jonsbo CR-1400E overheating in Far Cry 7?

It's honestly ridiculous; this tiny cooler treats my CPU like a space heater when Far Cry 7 starts crunching physics, with temps rocketting to 95℃. The fin density on the Jonsbo CR-1400E ARGB is just too low to move heat away at stock speeds, leading to constant thermal throttling. I tried lowering the CPU TDP limit in the BIOS, but while temps dropped 8℃, my 1% lows plummeted from 60 FPS to 40 FPS, which was a total waste of time. I went back into the BIOS and aggressively cranked the fan curve, forcing 100% speed as soon as it hits 60℃, and slapped a high-CFM fan in the front of my case. HWiNFO showed temps drop from 95℃ to the 82-88℃ range, and the clock speeds finally stopped jumping. At first, the fan sounded like a jet engine taking off, but I eventually found a sweet spot at 85% speed. The CPU now hovers around 85℃. I exported the event logs to confirm that thermal throttling has completely stopped, with fans steady at 1400-1600 RPM.
