Can adjusting power limits fix VRM overheating on Maxsun B850ITX?

This board is a joke; after thirty minutes of gaming, the VRMs hit 105℃, which is just insane. The power delivery on the Maxsun B850ITX WIFI ICE has such tiny heatsinks that heat just piles up, causing my CPU to crash from 5.2GHz down to 2.8GHz instantly. I tried stuffing every single fan slot in my case, but it only dropped the temp by 3℃ and sounded like a jet engine taking off—absolutely ridiculous. I eventually went into the BIOS and capped PL1 and PL2 at 125W, while setting a much more aggressive fan curve. My temp monitor showed the VRM peak drop from 105℃ to around 88-92℃, which stopped the massive FPS drops. I lost about 5% multi-core performance at first, but I managed to claw it back by tweaking the voltage offset. CPU cores stayed between 72-80℃ with fans screaming at 2200 RPM. Exported the logs, and the fans are now steady at 2100-2300RPM.
