Eliminating Interference on Intel 760P 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD

Standard build guides warn that dense tower coolers choke up fast in tight airflow cases, but for an SSD, the enemy is electrical noise from the GPU. I noticed the stuttering sync’d up perfectly with GPU spikes until I used an oscilloscope to see ripples between 50mV - 80mV on the power rail. Swapping the SATA cables for braided shielded ones and adjusting the voltage offset in BIOS to 3.3V - 3.4V actually killed the glitch. Stress testing keeps the system rock steady now, with the I/O lag dropping from 15ms down to a snappy 2ms. Can basic cable management really save a build? In this case, absolutely. But you'll still feel the drive getting toasty under a 4K load, as the passive heatsink just can't keep up with sheer throughput.
