How to fix core scheduling issues on Ryzen 9 9950X3D?

Whenever I'm in the middle of a high-stakes infiltration, the screen just freezes for a fraction of a second, completely killing my rhythm. After digging into the telemetry, I realized the 3D V-Cache cores were basically idling while the standard cores were sweating through 85% - 92% of the main thread load. I tried toggling Windows Game Mode, but that was a total waste of time and didn't touch the underlying core assignment. I ended up using a process affinity tool to force the game onto the V-Cache cores and swapped my power plan to Ultimate Performance. Checking RivaTuner Statistics Server, the frame times stopped jumping between 12ms - 38ms and settled into a rock steady 8ms - 11ms range. I did hit a snag where the game crashed instantly due to thread conflicts during the first attempt, but a quick re-assignment of the CPU affinity fixed it. Temps are sitting at 62℃ - 68℃ with power draw around 110W. The frame pacing is finally consistent, though it's a pain that Windows can't handle this natively.
