In Manor Lords, my Manli Snow Fox RTX 5080 OC has VRAM instability during large render scenes. Do I need to optimize memory scheduling?

The moment my village expanded, the frame rate plummeted from 120 FPS to 50 FPS. It was a nightmare, but it helped me pinpoint the issue. The GDDR7 memory on the Snow Fox OC was hitting a sync delay of 12-18ms when pushing high-bandwidth data, causing massive 1% low dips. I tried enabling DLSS Performance mode, but the image became a blurry mess—completely unacceptable for a builder game. Instead, I used the control panel to lock the memory clock to the official OC spec and bumped the core voltage to 1,08V to stabilize the signal. In my frame time analyzer, the jitter dropped from 15-48ms down to 8-14ms, and the smoothness came right back. I did try pushing the VRAM to 1,2GHz, but I started seeing weird colored artifacts on screen until I reverted to the rated speed. Core temps are steady at 58,0C - 64,0C. Ran the benchmarks and the curve is finally a flat line.
