Fix SCARLET NEXUS Screen Tearing
During an alleyway firefight, I experienced a sudden frame rate drop. The default timings of the PCCOOLER RZ500 were too conservative, causing high latency when processing large texture data. I first tried increasing the page file size to 16GB, but it backfired, dropping the frame rate from 144 to 96 FPS. This counterproductive optimization was deeply frustrating. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Regulator to manually lower the main timings to 15-17-17-34 and raised the memory voltage to 1.25V. I also adjusted tRAS to 38 for stability. AIDA64 memory latency tests showed a reduction from 92-105ns to 78-84ns.
