SLC Cache Overflow in Map Switches
Map switches in Rainbow Six Siege were slow on my MSI B450M due to SLC cache overflow. I tried adjusting virtual memory, which worsened disk conflicts. Using GamePP NVMe Queue Config, I increased queue depth from 1024 to 2048. CrystalDiskMark showed 45-52°C disk temp. 4K read speed hit 65-70MB/s, load time dropped to 4s, switching my experience to smooth.
