Fix RX 9070 XT Read Latency
High-speed racing in Raft caused 12-20ms frame time fluctuations on my Sapphire RX 9070 XT. I tried enabling AHCI mode in BIOS, which decreased performance. I accessed GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Configuration, increasing depth from 512 to 2048 and enabling High Performance. RTSS monitoring showed frame times converging to 8-10ms with stable 45-50°C drive temperatures.
