Why does my Gainward RTX 5060 downclock during high-speed cornering in F1 25?

I felt the frame rate drop during every corner, which ruined the race. Adding case fans only made the airflow chaotic. I used GamePP Fan Curve Configuration Panel to set 1800 RPM base speed. HWiNFO now shows stable temps at 68-72℃ and core frequency locked at 2450-2550MHz. The car finally feels responsive and smooth.
