How to tune memory timings on Onda A520-VH-W?

With so many NPCs on screen, the GamePP Frame Time Analyzer looked like a heart attack monitor—absolute chaos during fights. Frame times were jumping between 12ms and 38ms, while memory latency on the Onda A520-VH-W was hovering around 78-95ns. I tried just enabling the XMP profile, but the game would hitch every 10 minutes, which was super sketchy. I went into GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard, bumped the RAM voltage from 1.2V to 1.35V, and tightened tRFC from 620 to 580. In RTSS, frame times finally flattened out between 10-13ms. I actually got a Blue Screen of Death at first, and it only stabilized after I loosened tRAS by 8 cycles.
