How to fix the power instability on ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0?
When switching fast between stealth and combat, I felt these micro-freezes that matched my CPU clock dips perfectly. The ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 VRM was swinging wildly between 1.05V and 1.22V under load, which is just pathetic. I first tried disabling power saving in BIOS, but my idle temps shot up to 55℃, which was a complete waste of time and honestly frustrating. Then I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into High Performance and pushed the process priority to Real-time via GamePP Resource Scheduler Panel. Checking GamePP Hardware Sensor Page, the voltage finally stabilized between 1.24V and 1.26V, and the screen tearing vanished—the controls feel snappy now.
