Why do textures pop in Super Mario on Maxsun B650M?

Frustration peaked as textures popped in Mario. I tried a 32GB page file, but FPS dropped to 48. I used GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config to increase depth from 1024 to 2048. CrystalDiskMark showed 4K reads jumping from 42-49MB/s to 65-72MB/s. The issue is fixed.
