How can I fix screen tearing and physics lag in Dead Space 2?

Stealth scenes in Dead Space 2 were ruined by screen tearing on my Intel Core i5 12600KF. I tried increasing the page file to 16GB, which dropped FPS from 144 to 96 as measured by RTSS. I then used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Wizard to tighten timings from 16-18-18-36 to 15-17-17-34 and increased voltage to 1.25V. AIDA64 showed memory latency dropping from 92-105ns to 78-84ns. This fix restored smooth gameplay and stable frame rates.
