Why does Manor Lords flicker with Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti AERO OC?

I was concerned by screen flickering in Manor Lords light scenes. I tried updating the driver, but the problem persisted. I used GamePP Shader Compilation Queue Management to reset the shader cache.
