Why does Dead Space Remake stutter in corridors?

I was cautious about horror stutter in Dead Space Remake. I tried changing the CPU slot, but it caused hangs. I used GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Adjustment Wizard to raise CPU voltage from 1.25V to 1.30V. In Cinebench R23, voltage fluctuation dropped from 0.1V to 0.02V. Temperature stayed at 72-78℃ per GamePP sensors. The horror is immersive now, and I can play without fear of stutter.
