Fix screen tearing in Fortnite
In zero-gravity mode, the VastArmor RX 9070 XT Alloy caused screen tearing that broke my immersion. I tried updating AMD drivers, but it failed and added shader errors. I used the GamePP BIOS Load Line Voltage Tuning Wizard to lock VRAM voltage to 1.35V and disable auto-overclocking. 3DMark Path Tracing confirmed stable 65 FPS, and GamePP Hardware Sensor showed voltage locked at 1.35V with zero fluctuation, save.
