How can I stop frame rate drops and visual jitter during parkour in Rule the Waves 3?

I was anxious about the screen jittering. I tried lowering graphics, which hurt fidelity. I used GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock voltage. Frame time improved to 14-16ms per FrameView and CPU temp stabilized at 72℃ per HWiNFO.
