Primal Carnage has massive screen tearing during dino attacks on Maxsun B850ITX WIFI ICE due to Vcore drops. Should I tweak voltage?

Whenever dozens of dinosaurs swarmed the screen, the tearing became unbearable, and the instability made the fast-paced combat a total anxiety trip. Comparing the data, the Maxsun B850ITX WIFI ICE default voltage was bouncing between 1.15V - 1.22V on HWiNFO, leading to calculation errors at high boost clocks. I tried enabling 'Ultimate Performance' mode in Windows, but the VRM temps spiked to 95°C, making the stutters even worse, which was incredibly frustrating. I then used the GamePP BIOS Load-Line Voltage Adjust Wizard to lock Vcore at 1.28V and set the load-line to L2 mode.
