Fixing thread allocation for GTA V (RP) on Biostar B550MHP
Walking through downtown Los Santos was a disaster; frames would plummet from 80 FPS to 30 FPS, which is a total nightmare for RP. I checked the GamePP Hardware Sensor Page and found P-Cores pinned at 98% while other cores were just idling, causing a massive 25-45ms physics engine delay. I tried lowering all graphics settings first, which gained me 10 FPS but didn't stop the stuttering—it felt like a useless band-aid. I then used the GamePP Power Plan Switcher to lock the system into Ultimate Performance and disabled CPU Core Parking. RTSS showed frame times tightening to 11-16ms, and the crowd movement became way more fluid.
