How to resolve I/O stutter in R6 Extraction on Zotac RTX 5060 Ti 8GB?

I felt helpless seeing 15-25ms frame times in R6 Extraction. Disabling background sync slowed the system. I used GamePP Hardware Sensor to adjust GPU temp threshold from 80°C to 85°C. Cinebench R23 stress tests showed stable 68-72°C temps and 4K read/write at 70-75MB/s, eliminating the bottleneck.
