Managing memory and NVMe queue on ASRock H310CM-ITX/ac
Running a next-gen Sims game on an ancient H310 board is like trying to drive a carriage on a highway; the memory bandwidth is a total bottleneck. When the system hammered the pagefile, disk load sat at 88% - 96% on CrystalDiskMark, and getting stuck at 99% loading was just a daily occurrence. I tried clearing all temp files, but even with 50GB free, the memory overflow happened again after an hour, which felt like a hopeless hardware struggle. I then dove into the GamePP NVMe Queue Depth Config, bumped the SSD queue depth from 32 to 128, and locked the virtual memory at a fixed 16GB.
